Nondisclosure Agreement

Topworks plastic mold understands the need to have a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) in place before certain sensitive information is accepted. We have a standard NDA available for our customers that do not have access to a lawyer. Please free to request it from us. Intellectual Property Protection Procedures Regardless of whether our customer asks us to put a NDA in place, Topworks plastic mold has strict internal procedures to protect the intellectual property of our customers. These procedures include requiring all employees and subcontractors to sign a nondisclosure agreement. In addition project information is kept only on secure servers and only authorized employees are allowed access. Finally, Topworks plastic mold has procedures in place to delete customer information from our system upon customer request.

Executives at plastic molding machine manufacturer Netstal Group (Näfels, Switzerland) announced this week at their company's pre-K2010 press conference that they see no future in full hydraulic machines, at least for the top end portion of the market that the company serves. As a result, Netstal gradually will end production of its traditional SynErgy family of equipment.
