Our Project Engineers/Managers coordinate the tasks of project as to Modeling, Rapid Prototyping, Mold Design, Mold Building, Injection Molding, Value Added Operations, Purchasing, and QA/QC functions in successfully completing the project. The Project Engineers/Managers also coordinate the sourcing of bought in components and the activities of required subcontractors to help assure design, quality, and delivery performance,whom manage all aspects of the project - turn key.
Usually, after a project has progressed into production, the individual departments assume responsibility for specific portions of production requirements and the Project Engineers/Managers are available for support and the evaluation and implementation of any design changes or proposed process improvements. Status reports are available and provided as requested, either written by e-mail, or calls or both as necessary.
