We are continuously improving our processes through investment in education, training and capital improvements. We maintain procedures to use statistical techniques to control the processes ensuring us to produce consistently high quality plastic mold, come with APQP, FMEA, PPAP, standardized quality control documents for Incoming mold steel Inspection, In Process(machining , hand-fitting and assembly) Inspection, Process Controland Finished Goods Audit(trial smaple check). Also we raise ability to support customers demanded quality control and documentation preparing.

Our quality control team meets weekly to discuss every issue, and finds ways as to detection and prevention solutions. Non-conforming machined parts are brought to the attention of all staff at our monthly quality meetings, where every person’s opinion and suggestion is taken into consideration and valued. And each month on-time performance is showed on the bulletin board for everyone to see.

TW plastic mold utilizes the most sophisticated measuring technologies available. High precision micro-scopes, lapra-scopes, and traditional measurement equipment are used by our highly trained quality Q/C engineers.

TW plastic mold QC 3 main steps:

• Incoming quality control: all steel material and outsourcing standard components will be checked to ensure that they confirm with the demands for the custom plastic mold;
• Inprocess quality control: all the machining and assembling process is under control,we have QC team to check and supervise the tolerance and processed surface to satisfy the requirments;
• Final quality control: upon the completion of the plastic mold,we will have a thorough check for the main size of the trial plastic sample and mold to ensure the every steps havn't be overlooked and plastic mold quality is ok .
